Job Title: Education Policy Advisor (Part-time)

• Location: Remote / Dhaka-based (Flexible)
• Project: National STEM Education Initiative in Secondary Schools

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Education Policy Advisor to support a nationwide initiative aimed at modernizing Bangladesh’s secondary education system through STEM education (AI, Robotics, Data Science, Coding, etc). This role is ideal for someone with a strong network, a background in education policy, and a desire to shape the future of youth development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on aligning our STEM projects with national education policies and frameworks.
• Assist in engaging government bodies like DSHE, NCTB, and the Ministry of Education.
• Support the piloting phase across 100 schools reaching 10,000+ students.
• Help build connections with potential CSR sponsors, donors, or policy influencers.
• Review and contribute to the development of policy documents, proposals, and reports.

Our Progress So Far:

• Developed 250 STEM projects for Grades 8–12.
• Conducted successful research with 432 students from 6 schools.
• Submitted policy-aligned reports and a curriculum comparison book.
• Received positive responses from DSHE, NCTB, and UNESCO Bangladesh.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in education policy, public administration, or curriculum development
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Experience with policy advocacy or stakeholder engagement
• Strong passion for STEM education and youth development
