Refund Eligibility

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the course purchase date.
    • Refunds are only available for courses that have not been completed. If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds are not available for downloadable materials, live sessions, or any courses marked as “non-refundable.”

    Refund Process

      • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
      • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

      Course Exchanges

        • If you are not satisfied with a course, you may exchange it for another course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. The original course must not be more than 30% completed.

        Non-Refundable Items

          • Courses that have been accessed more than 30%
          • Downloadable course materials
          • Live sessions and webinars
          • Courses marked as “non-refundable”

          Technical Issues

            • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a course, please contact our technical support team at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you can access the course.
            • If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
