- Refunds are only available for courses that have not been completed. If you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for downloadable materials, live sessions, or any courses marked as “non-refundable.”

- If you are not satisfied with a course, you may exchange it for another course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. The original course must not be more than 30% completed.
